Chairman Burgener called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. with the Pledge of
Allegiance.
Roll Call: Chairman Bill Burgener, Supervisors Simon, Matusak and Pettit present, as
well as Clerk. Voigt excused.
Also present: Rod Akey, John Lee, John Wanta and Decker Lumber.
The following bids were opened and read:
J. & J Lee $215,356.00 Alternate: $201,386.00
Decker Lumber 185,510.00 “ 173,760.00
Urban Construction 192,820.00 “ 181,085.00
John Wanta Builders 203,400.00 “ 201,386.00
Alternate bid does not include in-floor heating.
Motion by Burgener “to place the bids on file for action at the September 12, 2011
Board Meeting”. Motion 2nd by Simon. Carried 4-0.
Motion by Matushak “to adjourn”. Motion 2nd by Simon. Carried 4-0.
Chairman adjourned the meeting at 7:15 P.M.
