MINUTES OF LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

HELD AT THE TOWN OF MERRILL COMMUNITY CENTER

MARCH 10, 2011

 

 

Meeting called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Town Chairman Bill Burgener..

 

Present:  Chairman Burgener, Town Supervisor Voigt & Harry Tubbin.

 

Also present: Stacy Pettit, Rod Akey, Jeff Lokemoen and Terry Sukow.

 

Rod presented claim filed with Menard’s for the inferior grouting.  Town made the

claim but is not responsible.  Bill will also discuss the matter with Rick Stencil of

Menards’s.

 

A discrepancy has occurred between Janssen Heating & Jeff Lokemoen as Janssen was overpaid for what he did and Lokemoen underpaid for what he did.  Billing occurred through Trantow’s and is being worked out.

 

Decision made to place rocks between the sidewalks and building rather than plant

grass.  Roger & Terry to do the work.

 

Terry presented a “Town of Merrill Community Center Property Inventory Sheet” to be

used in conjunction with Hall Reservations to insure all Town items are intact after use.

 

Next meeting to be held Thursday, April 7, 2011, 9:00 A.M.   Completion of the
Community Center will be discussed.
