MINUTES OF LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

HELD AT THE TOWN OF MERRILL COMMUNITY CENTER

JANUARY 6, 2011

 

 

Meeting called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Town Chairman Burgener.

 

Present:   Town Chairman Burgener, Town Supervisors Voigt & Matushak.

 

Also present: Stacy Pettit, Rod Akey and Rodney Gutenberger.

 

Rod Akey reported outside of building is being completed.

 

Town of Merrill Community Center to be the official name.

 

Scott & Stacy have been in contact with Frontier and phone service should be completed

before too long.  Decision made to have at least four extra hand sets.

 

Having a fibrillator on site is also being considered and possibly could be donated by someone.

 

Garbage containers to be purchased and should have a swinging lid.

 

Next meeting to be held Thursday, February 10, 2011, 9:00 A.M.   Purchasing of

additional needed item to be discussed.

 

Meeting adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
