MINUTES OF THE TOWN CAUCUS HELD AT THE TOWN OF MERRILL COMMUNITY CENTER JANUARY 1O, 2011

 

Chairman Burgener called the meeting to order immediately following completion of the

Monthly Board Meeting.

 

Motion by Fischer “to appoint Dave Black as Acting Caucus Chairman”.   Motion 2^nd by

Burgener.  Carried.

 

Nominations for the following were taken from the floor:

There being no further nominations, Jerry Lokemoen made motion “to close nominations.

Mike Matushak                       Nominated by Rodney Gutenberger, 2^nd by Jeff Lokemoen.

There being no further nominations, Al Handlin made motion “to close nominations”.
